Hello everyone! This blog is about my favourite photo and I chose this great photo... This iconic photo was taken by photographer Boris Minkevich, who captured the exact shot showing ice figure skater Tonya Harding crying out to the judges to give her a second chance at her routine as her cord untied at the Olympic games in Lillehammer, Norway in 1994. I like this photo too much because since I saw the movie "I Tonya" I was interested in finding out more about the life of this athlete, besides that at the time this photo was captured Tonya was going through one of the worst moments of her life: she was blamed for breaking the leg of her skating rival Nancy Kerrygan which caused her to be suspended forever from the United States Figure Skating Association. Finally, the culprit of breaking Nancy's leg was not Tonya, it was her ex-husband who sent a friend to perform this feat and so, make his ex-wife to be the champion in the skating of the Winter Olympics in 1994. When I start to think about my favourite food, this becomes very difficult for me because I have so many favorite foods. Every certain period of time my preference for a type of food changes: sometimes I say that my favorite food is Italian food, other times I say that it is sushi, or I also usually say that I like soups. But without a doubt there is a preparation that I have liked from a very young age: hamburgers.  The hamburger is a sandwich that contains a piece of ground meat and its ingredients tend to vary according to people's taste, in my case I love burgers with cheddar cheese, pickles, lettuce, red onion and a lot of mustard (I don't like the others sauces). I love hamburgers because the mixture of these ingredients form an exquisite flavor, I also like that being a regular size, hamburgers can be a meal that you can carry without any problem in a bag or backpack and you can eat it without using plates or forks or knives. Hi everyone! In this blog I'm going to talk about my favourite piece of technology, and this is... the T.V! Since I was 3 years old and my parents were able to buy a television, my life revolves around this piece of technology. I remember that I loved watching cartoons and anime like Dragon Ball, Doraemon, Shin Chan, among others. I also liked to watch Mexican and Brazilian soap operas that were broadcast on national channels. Sometimes I was curious and I liked to ask everyone in my house how the television worked, if it was real that people were inside a screen representing everything they saw or worked in another way.
