Why did I choose to study food engineering?

 Hello everyone, in this blog I will tell you why I chose to study food engineering. Since I was little I have been a very curious person, I always got into trouble since I liked to experiment with everything that happened in front of my eyes, for example, when I was 5 years old I liked to break my toys to find a solution and be able to repair them When I was 11 years old, curiosity got the better of me and I lifted the valve of a pressure cooker which exploded and spilled all the contents that were inside it. Thanks to these and other stories, I realized that I liked to carry out experiments and find out why they happened, which is why science has always been my favorite area. In the last years of school I wanted to study medical technology because my idea was to be locked in a laboratory analyzing samples and giving results. Who am I?

 Hi everyone! My name is Alejandra Denisse Ulloa Escandor, I´m 18 years old  and this is my life... I was born in Santiago de Chile and all my life I have lived in Puente Alto, this place is known for its amount of roberies and deliquency, but I consider it a great place. My family is made up of my two sisters called Valeria and Isidora, my mother Valeska, my father Alejandro and my little dog called Peppo. I studied for 12 years in the Colegio Polivalente Domingo Matte Mesías, a catolic school were I lived the best moments of my life together with my friends, in the school i played many sports such as soccer, basketball, kung-fu, etc. But when i was 12 years old my father enrolled me in a swimming course and my life changed.
