The subject I enjoy studying

 Hello everyone! In this final blog I'm going to talk about  the subject i enjoy studying in the school

During the last two years of school I wanted to study gastronomy, but since my family did not let me study it, I decided to start studying it for fun, especially everything related to pastry.

I love studying pastry because since I was little I enjoy all sweet foods, especially cookies and cakes, I also like people to eat and enjoy every preparation I make for them. In recent years I have learned not only to prepare each dessert that I study, I have also learned about the composition of each food that can be used in a recipe, I have also learned about history, especially I learned more about the life of the Queen of France Maria Antonieta, a woman who was characterized by her great love of cakes and all the sweet food that was available to her.

Before studying pastry in depth, I believed that it was very difficult to make every preparation I looked at, but the truth is that it is only a matter of practice and dedication when it comes to cooking. If I could learn to cook, I know that you can too.
