Expert in my Field that I admire

 Hello everyone! In this blog in this blog I will talk about José Miguel Aguilera, the person I admire in the area of food engineering

I admire this engineer for being the pioneer in the study of the structures of food to make them healthier and more functional and I fundamentally highlight the recognition that he has worldwide in the food sciences.

José Miguel Aguilera studied chemical civil engineering at PUC, then attended Cornell University and MIT to obtain doctorates in food engineering. In 2008 he was awarded the National Prize of Applied and Technological Sciences of Chile for his contribution in the study of food structures, his great idea was to study the composition of each food in order to reduce calories and fats in food. Today he is dedicated to teaching and publishing scientific articles, in addition, his publications have made him recognized in countries such as France, the United States, the United Kingdom, Peru and Germany.

Without a doubt, he is a very admirable person for the students who have just started our journey.
